Terms & Conditions

We understand the importance of both a clean and healthy environment and that’s why Hyginix was founded; based on the principle of warm, friendly, and efficient cleaning and disinfection services that aspire to ensure your health, comfort, and satisfaction.

To complete your booking of the service, you will check the terms and conditions box where its part of the services contract which is entered into an agreement once the client confirms the reservation of the appointment. The client who seeks to obtain facility cleaning services from Hyginix agrees they are capable and willing to meet all requirements outlined in the following

Performance

Hyginix agrees to provide services to the best of its ability at all times. The client has the right to and is encouraged to provide feedback regarding Hyginix’s Cleaning Heroes. Any and all notifications between the Client and Hyginix shall be confirmed in written form, via text or
email. After the service, the Cleaning Heroes are happy to receive feedback and respond to comments at the end of the cleaning service. We are happy to accept any complaints within 24 hours after the cleaning time.

Cancellations/Rescheduling

Hyginix requires at least 2 business days’ notice for the cancellation and/or rescheduling of any scheduled appointment. Hyginix are flexible with rescheduling and the client is asked to be so as well! If a cancellation occurs on the same day, 50% of the cleaning service price is deducted. 

Your Valuables

If you have valuables, including but not limited to any irreplaceable, collectible or expensive objects, it’s preferred that these items are secured and put away to avoid potential accidents. You are responsible for letting us know of any valuables that you prefer not to clean or handle. Please secure money, credit cards, and checkbooks as well. We are not responsible for missing currency and damage of objects. However, the client is required to inform of any incidents immediately and not more than 24 hours of the incident.

Payment

Hyginix shall perform the listed services booked by the client and shall invoice the client as such. A complete invoice will be generated for all services as requested by the client. Regular clients agree to pay all invoices associated with their individualized cleaning agreement within 30 days of receipt unless notice of fault or failure to perform allows for delayed payment. Payments for one occasion services can be completed as agreed with Hyginix supervisor.

Privacy

Hyginix takes privacy very seriously. We at no time will share any customer information with ANY outside source.

Acceptance

Both parties (Hyginix and customer) confirm their mutual agreement to all terms and conditions outlined above, and commit to fulfilling all included aspects to the best of their abilities.
