Which districts are covered in Budapest?
At the moment, Hyginix covers Budapest inner districts: 1, 2, 3, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 11, 12, 13, 14. Some addresses are subject to transportation fees based on the distance from our office. If your address is not covered, please send us a request via email to info@hyginix.hu
How to book an appointment?
You can complete your booking by choosing Book Now and you can add any of the extra services you need. You will receive an email confirming that Hyginix received the order with the status still pending until you receive another confirmation of booking.
How can I pay for the services?
Payments can be completed online when booking. You can pay by bank transfer, Revolut or cash.
How much do you charge per hour?
We don’t charge directly per hour. Based on our experience, we’ve created an easy and convenient booking system based on the size of your apartment and any extra services you choose, so you can tailor your cleaning to your exact needs.
Based on Hyginix 2024 statistics, 85% of 10,000 Home Cleanings were completed within the estimated time!.
If a cleaning takes longer than planned, we’ll inform you right away. An additional fee of 5,000 Ft per hour per cleaner applies — but only after a 30-minute grace period. Short delays are on us!.
Example:
If your cleaning was estimated for 6 hours with 1 cleaner and took 7.5 hours, you would only pay an additional 5,000 Ft.
What is the difference between basic and deep cleaning?
Basic cleaning refers to the cleaning of accessible surfaces, deep cleaning is more detailed as we focus on unreachable inaccessible surfaces. It is needed after / before moving out, if the apartment was not cleaned for more than 2 weeks, or if it was very dirty. It includes cleaning inside kitchen cabinets and simple dishwashing.
