Regular air conditioner cleaning—ideally twice a year—is essential for healthy indoor air. Dust, allergens, mold, and bacteria can build up in your unit, circulating harmful particles and triggering respiratory issues. Deep cleaning eliminates these risks, improves efficiency, lowers energy use, extends your AC’s lifespan, and helps maintain warranty compliance.
What’s included in our service
We use Frionett Activ, a professional-grade disinfectant, to thoroughly clean your indoor unit and—if accessible and requested—your outdoor unit. Our high-pressure cleaning method ensures the effective removal of bacteria, dust, and grease. After application, the system is flushed to eliminate all residues, leaving your unit sanitized and refreshed.

Important Information
- Maximum servicing height is 3.5 meters. If your AC unit is installed higher, please contact us at info@hyginix.hu for a custom quotation.
- Prices apply to air conditioning units with a maximum cooling capacity of 3.5 kW. For higher capacity units, please request a personalized quote.
- The price listed includes the full service—no hidden fees if the reservation is made correctly.

AC Testing and Liability
Before starting the cleaning, we test the air conditioner in both heating and cooling modes to ensure it is operating correctly. If the initial test reveals any issues, such as low refrigerant or any other malfunction, the customer will be informed immediately and may choose either to proceed with the cleaning or to cancel/reschedule the service. In case of cancellation or rescheduling at that stage, a 50% last-minute cancellation fee must be paid on the spot, as the technician was already reserved for the appointment.
After completing the cleaning, we conduct a second test to confirm that the heating and cooling functions are operating as they were before the service. Hyginix provides professional cleaning services only and does not perform AC maintenance or repairs. We are not responsible for any defects or malfunctions that occur after our technician has completed the service and left the location.
